1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "911jili" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 911jili.app, including all associated mobile applications, software, games, and services.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the 911jili platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Member upon successful completion of the 911jili registration process.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a Member's 911jili account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free cards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's account by 911jili.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by a Member from their own financial accounts via supported payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the 911jili platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, payment processing, customer support, loyalty programs, and other features made available through the 911jili platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 911jili platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by 911jili.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 911jili or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 911jili platform for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep such information current at all times.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 911jili services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the 911jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 911jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: 911jili may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license) and proof of address.
• Account Suspension: 911jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the platform or other members.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 911jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• 911jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 911jili's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your 911jili Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 911jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 911jili account. 911jili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account settings. 911jili reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on accounts that have not completed full KYC verification.
• 911jili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional identification documents or proof of payment method ownership.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Only Real Money Funds and converted bonus winnings that meet wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

911jili offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered or accepted. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your account as Bonus Funds and are separate from your Real Money Funds balance. Bonus Funds will be used first when placing wagers, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• 911jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, provided the Member has not breached these Terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward the satisfaction of any Wagering Requirement.
• 911jili reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that a Member has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only and may only be claimed once per eligible Member. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

911jili is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following rules govern gameplay on the platform:

• All games available on the 911jili platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in professional studio environments. Game outcomes are not manipulated in any way.
• Each game available on the 911jili platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 911jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Member's Wallet.
• 911jili reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was affected by a technical error, software bug, or any form of cheating or collusion.
• Members must not use any software, tool, script, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including but not limited to bots, automated betting systems, or exploit-based strategies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 911jili platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your membership.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the platform.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 911jili staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 911jili account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 911jili platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 911jili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 911jili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 911jili platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code used in the platform.
• Use any 911jili trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the 911jili platform.

Any unauthorized use of 911jili's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 911jili.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 911jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 911jili's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including game rules, odds, or promotional terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your decision to gamble, including losses incurred during normal gameplay.

911jili's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

911jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the 911jili platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 911jili platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting 911jili's customer support team with a detailed description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 911jili reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
